What this demo shows

A Microsoft Access training book in the browser: courses, students, instructors, schedules, enrolments, and attendance.

  • Not the Students register — that Microsoft demo is year groups. This is training with attendance. People live in tblCourseStudent.
  • Instructors are employees — tblEmployees matches Time Card.
  • Open filter — hides inactive courses.
  • Child tabs — schedules, enrolments, and attendance idle until the course is saved. Combos store IDs.
  • Room is text — there is no rooms table.
  • Unsaved changes — Yes / No / Cancel before leaving a dirty record.

Will this work when the data is in a database?

Yes. Course, student, schedule, enrolment, and attendance rows are separate tables with FKs. Exams, course activities, and the full HR profile are omitted this pass.
